Milton Keynes Fringe Festival of the Arts 2008

The Artbus links the ‘fringe’ venues around the centre of Milton Keynes and will depart from outside Milton Keynes Gallery on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th of July.

It is a free service will travel to exhibitions and workshops at;

Inter- Action MK will be having an ‘arty-picnic’ in their grounds and providing free ‘pin-hole camera’ workshops on Saturday 12th July 12.30 – 2pm, so pack up a lunch and jump on one of the buses.

The Stables

There will be a special evening ‘Artbus’ that will travel to the Stables at Wavendon on the evening of the 12th to a performance by

‘LA-33’ – “Sizzling hot from the streets of Bogota, Columbia, this eleven piece Salsa band produced their first album in 2004 to global success, thanks to their recording of ‘La Pantera Mambo’, which includes an adaptation of Mancini’s Pink Panther theme. Since then they have toured all over the world with their vibrant and energetic shows.

This will be a dance event at the Stables so get those hips swinging!

Tickets must be booked in advance for the event from The Stables at a cost of £17.50.

MEAL DEAL

Enjoy at two course meal in Café in2 before the show for just £27.50 including a ticket for the show. Please book in advance to reserve your table.
